• We are approved for electropolishing by the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, Lam Research, Applied Materials as well as many other organizations in the Semiconductor, Biotech, Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, Aerospace, Marine, Water Treatment and Food & Beverage industries.
• We can electropolish virtually all stainless steel and aluminum alloys as well as more exotic materials such as molybdenum. We also provide high quality precision parts cleaning made from a diverse range of other materials and alloys such as titanium, nitinol, kovar, copper, brass, thermoplastics etc.
• We can electropolish the external and internal surfaces (ID/OD) of miniature and intricate medical devices as well as large ultra-high vacuum chambers up to 4,000 lbs.
• We provide reliable quality inspection and testing including available blacklight inspection, PH and passive surface testing, surface roughness measurement and microscopic visual inspection and photography.
• We have extensive experience and expertise in precision parts cleaning using a variety of methods such as ultrasonic aqueous, pressure washing, hot de-ionized water, alkali and solvent cleaning and degreasing.
• We offer class 1000 clean room services such as vacuum packaging with nitrogen purging.
• In addition to drying parts with purified nitrogen or filtered compressed dry air, we offer oven bake-out for drying and hydrogen de-embrittlement.
• We are committed to protecting the environment by daily water testing, treating and correctly managing and documenting all our waste water and metals, exceeding  the highest federal, state and local detection limits and standards.
